1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery & Transit Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our global fulfillment partners, standard delivery within the UK takes 7 to 15 business days. (Total expected time from the moment you place your order to delivery at your door: 8 to 18 business days).
